Covivio: over 77% of 2023 dividend paid in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio announces that at the end of the subscription period, which was open from 23 April to 7 May inclusive, 77.
5% of the share capital opted for payment in shares of its 2023 dividend of E3.30 per share.

This transaction has also further strengthened the group's balance sheet: with the recent transaction to strengthen its hotel business, Covivio will have raised E532m in equity since the start of the year, the property company says.

Covivio also points out that S&P has confirmed its financial rating at BBB+, with a stable outlook, with the agency emphasising the sound resilience of the diversified operating profile, driven by strong rental momentum.
