Covivio: opening of the Wellio Paris Saint-Lazare space

(CercleFinance.com) - Covivio announces the opening of the Wellio Paris Saint-Lazare space, its new Paris flagship located within its European headquarters, L'Atelier, and already fully leased to the Lipton Teas and Infusions brand and to hotel software publisher Way.


At the same time, the group says it is developing the commercial offer of its building on avenue Delcassé, by leasing 3.600 m² with an independent financial services group, which will set up its teams by January 2026.

'These two transactions, located in the heart of the Paris CBD, illustrate Covivio's ability to deploy tailor-made commercial offers adapted to the typologies of its portfolio and the needs of its customers', says the real estate company.
