Marie Brizard: reduction in board size
(CercleFinance.com) - Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS) announces that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on February 13, took note of the resignations of Pascale Anquetil and Serge Héringer from their directorship.
In the interests of efficiency and in order to adapt its size to the company's organization, the Board of Directors has decided that these positions will be abolished, and the Board will henceforth comprise 10 members, including two independent directors.
