Eurofins: completes E600m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurofins Scientific has announced that it has raised 600 million euros in its latest hybrid bond issue.

The transaction was warmly welcomed by investors, having been over 2.7x oversubscribed to.

The new series of bonds will carry a fixed annual coupon of 6.75% for the first 5.5 years (until 24 July 2028), at which point Eurofins may choose to redeem them.

The proceeds of the bonds are available for general corporate purposes. Apart from the scheduled redemption of the 183 million euros of hybrid bonds on 29 April 2023, Eurofins has no major refinancing needs until the maturity of the 448 million euro senior bonds on 25 July 2024.
