Icade: 9m sales up 3.8%

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has reported 9m 2023 sales of nearly E1.
02bn, up 3.8% y-o-y (+3.9% LFL).

The real estate group's commercial property business reported rental income of E272m, down slightly (-0.9%) (+2.5% LFL), while its property development business reported sales of E844m, up 5.4%.

Icade confirms its 2023 pro-forma group net current cash flow per share target of E2.95 to E3.05, including the effect of 2023 disposals, as well as a dividend for 2023 that is up over 10% relative to 2022.
