Air France-KLM: welcomes ITA Airways decision

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM welcomes the announcement by the Italian government to grant exclusivity for the next phase of negotiations for the potential acquisition of a stake held directly by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance in ITA Airways.


This agreement was made to the consortium formed by Certares (as financial partner), Air France-KLM and Delta Air Lines (as commercial partners)

If the deal is completed, Air France-KLM will become a commercial and operational partner of the Italian airline.
