Osram: lights dimmer as Q4 sales drop 20.1%
(CercleFinance.com) - For its Q4 of FY 2020, Osram recorded sales of 739 million euros, down 20.
1% y-o-y.
At the same time, adjusted EBITDA fell by 17.4% to 71 million euros.
In fiscal year 2020, revenue totalled 3.04 billion euros, down 12.3%.
For FY 2021, Osram expects sales growth of 6% to 10%, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 9% to 11%.
" Cette prévision est basée sur l'hypothèse que les effets de la pandémie de COVID-19 seront surmontés au cours de l'exercice 2021 ", précise Osram.
Osram says that this forecast assumes that the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic will be overcome in FY 2021.
The share is down about1% in mid-morning trading on Friday.
