Sixt: Oddo BHF raises target price again, but still neutral

(CercleFinance.com) - This morning, an Oddo BHF analyst said that he is raising his target price for the share of Sixt group, while remaining neutral towards it, pointing out solid fundamentals, although recommending caution in the near term.


At this stage, the broker is maintaining its Neutral recommendation due to a lack of visibility, which in its opinion persists, despite the gradual recovery highlighted by management (questions over recovery in the tourism sector; reduced visibility regarding demand over the summer season and on a return to pre-crisis business levels; evolution of DB plans post-crisis, etc.), it explains.

Oddo BHF's new target (83 euros, against 79 euros previously) still offers limited upside potential of around +6%. The share is down about 0,8% at 78 euros on Wednesday morning.
