BMW: key growth drivers in 2023

(CercleFinance.com) - BMW expects profitable growth in 2023 - thanks to the dynamic ramp-up of BEV and the high-end premium segment.


The main growth drivers this year will be fully electric vehicles (BEVs) and models in the premium segment, such as the new BMW 7 Series, BMW X7 and the Rolls-Royce model family. In this premium segment, BMW expects double-digit growth for the current fiscal year.

BEV models are expected to grow in the high double-digit percentage range. Overall, the BMW Group expects its deliveries to customers worldwide to increase slightly in the automotive segment in 2023.

At the same time, the BMW Group is striving to achieve a high level of profitability in its core business, and targets an EBIT margin of 8% to 10% in the automotive segment for the year.
