Nestlé: maintains date of AGM, but format changed

(CercleFinance.com) - Nestlé has confirmed that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 April, as planned, even though shareholders will not be allowed to attend in person.


Shareholders will be able to exercise their voting rights through an independent representative, who will receive instructions in writing or via its electronic shareholder portal, the Swiss agri-food giant said.

These measures are intended to ensure the group's smooth functioning and to enable a timely payment of the dividend, Nestlé added.
