ABB: EPS down 41% in Q3

19, down 41% year-on-year, despite operating EBITA up 16% to $1.23 billion, representing a margin improvement of 1.5 points to 16.6%.
The Swiss-Swedish group achieved revenues of 7.4 billion dollars, up 5% (+18% on a comparable basis) and booked orders of 8.2 billion, up 4% (+16% on a comparable basis).
For the full year 2022, ABB believes it should "achieve the target of at least 15% operating EBITA margin," supported by improved efficiency and solid revenue execution.
