LafargeHolcim: approves dividend at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - LafargeHolcim has said that, at its AGM on Tuesday its shareholders approved all the proposals of the Board of Directors, including the payment of a dividend of two Swiss francs per share.


The meeting also confirmed Beat Hess as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, hence succeeding Paul Desmarais who did not seek re-election, along with the appointments of Philippe Block and Kim Fausing as new Board members.
