OPmobility: weighed down by a broker downgrade
(CercleFinance.com) - OPmobility has dropped 6%, making it the red lantern of the SBF120, weighed down by comments from UBS, which has downgraded its recommendation on the automotive supplier from 'neutral' to 'sell', despite raising its target price from 8.
4 to 9.5 euros.
We believe that the current share price and the consensus incorporate more constructive results and free cash flow, with downside potential over the next 12 months", warns the broker in its note on the former Plastic Omnium.
