Spie : wins a maintenance contract in Saint-Ouen
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces that its subsidiary Spie Facilities has won the multi-technical maintenance and facility management contract for the So Pop building in Saint-Ouen, following a call for tenders by Covivio.
The three-year contract covers not only the maintenance of all electrical (high and low voltage) and security (fire safety system) equipment, but also the management of green spaces and cleaning services. This new contract consolidates the relationship of trust established with Covivio, for whom SPIE Facilities already provides maintenance services for the Art&Co and Percier buildings in the 12th and 8th arrondissements of Paris.
