CPPIB exceeds 5% of votes
(CercleFinance.com) - On February 5, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Aéroports de Paris (ADP), following the allocation of double voting rights.
The declarant, responsible for managing the funds of the Canadian pension plan, stated that it held 5,550,701 ADP shares representing 11,101,400 voting rights, i.e. 5.61% of the capital and 6.46% of the voting rights of the Paris airports operator.
