Teleperformance: bond issue completed

(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance announces that it has successfully completed a €500 million bond offering, with a 4.
25% coupon and maturing in 2030, which was nearly six times oversubscribed 'by a diversified base of leading investors'.

The French customer experience outsourcing specialist points out that the net proceeds of this issue will be used for general corporate purposes, and also enables it to extend the maturity of its debt.

"Standard & Poor's recently confirmed Teleperformance's investment grade rating of 'BBB' with a stable outlook, the highest rating received in the customer experience management sector", it points out.
