Volkswagen: best market share in France for 8 years

(CercleFinance.com) - Volkswagen announces that its market share in France will reach 7% in 2024, its best result in 8 years, thanks to a dynamic product plan.


Despite a 3.2% drop in the French market, registrations remained stable at 119,360 units (-0.7%).

Sales of the ID. electric range rose by 16%, boosted by the ID.3 (+48%).

For 2025, Volkswagen is aiming for a 7.2% market share, driven by new launches including the Tayron SUV and a new generation T-Roc.
