Atos: new joint statutory auditor appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos is pleased to announce that the President of the Pontoise Commercial Court has appointed the firm Forvis Mazars, selected following a call for tenders, as its new joint statutory auditor, in a summary order issued on 19 December.


This firm will be responsible for certifying the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024, alongside Grant Thornton. This appointment took effect on December 19, and will remain in effect until the AGM called to approve the financial statements.

Deloitte & Associés was appointed as statutory auditor on 18 May 2018 for a six-year term, and its appointment could not be extended for regulatory reasons.
