USA: +5.9% new home sales in November

(CercleFinance.com) - After falling to 627,000 the previous month, new home sales in the United States rebounded by 5.
9% to an annualized rate of 664,000 units in November, according to data from the Commerce Department.

The median price of new homes sold was $402,600, and the average price was $484,800. At 490,000, the inventory of new homes ready for sale represents an 8.9-month supply at the current rate.
