Spie: acquires 100% of AnyLinQ B.V.
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces the acquisition of 100% of AnyLinQ B.
V in the Netherlands. The company is a multi-disciplinary expert in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure solutions for the SME market and corporate organisation needs. The company designs, implements and manages complex solutions for IT/OT1 environments and infrastructures, including data management, cloud services, cybersecurity and data analytics. AnyLinQ B.V. generated sales of around E21m in FY 2023 and employs 70 people. The combination of AnyLinQ with SPIE will bring together cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, creating synergies with the Group's existing infrastructure and maintenance services, management says.
