Assa Abloy: acquires Roger in Poland

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Assa Abloy announced the acquisition of Roger, a Polish manufacturer of electronic control access systems, for an undisclosed sum.


The Swedish locksmith giant explains that this acquisition is in line with its strategy of strengthening its core activities by acquiring complementary businesses and products.

Founded in 1991, Roger employs around one hundred people at its offices and factory in Gosciszewo, and boasts over five million users.

2023 sales were around E10m, with a 'solid' level of operating margin, meaning that the operation will be accretive from the outset.
