Odyssée Techno listed on Euronext Growth Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext today celebrated the IPO of Odyssée Technologies on Euronext Growth in Paris.


Odyssée Technologies is an industrial group specializing in the industrialization and production of precision mechanical parts for high-tech markets such as aerospace, defense, energy and industry.

Odyssée Technologies' IPO followed the admission to trading on December 13 of the 1,615,384 shares making up its share capital, including 615,384 new shares issued as part of a Global Offering, following the exercise of the extension clause.

The offering price was set at 13 euros per share. The share price is currently up nearly 27% in Paris.
