Accor: BlackRock exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on December 11 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Accor's share capital and held 5.
41% of the share capital and 4.71% of the voting rights of the hotel chain.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an acquisition of Accor shares off and on the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
