Vallourec: new employee representative on the Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec announces the appointment of Annelise Le Gall as the new employee representative director on the Board of Directors, for a four-year term.
The Board now includes two directors representing employees, along with Patrick Poulin.

Having worked for Vallourec for 17 years, Annelise Le Gall has held a variety of positions within the seamless tube group. She is currently in charge of business development for Vallourec's Additive Manufacturing solution (WAAM).
