Safran: UBS leaves its price target unchanged
(CercleFinance.com) - The analyst believes that Objectives 2025 and 2028 are more conservative than expected.
Following this announcement, UBS remains Neutral on the stock, leaving its target price unchanged at E200.
'We believe that investors were prepared to accept a certain degree of conservatism today, but that these targets are nonetheless below expectations', says the research firm.
For 2025, Safran expects sales growth of around 10%, operating income before non-recurring items of between €4.7 and €4.8 billion, and free cash flow of between €2.8 and €3 billion.
In the longer term, the Group expects sales growth of 7 to 9% per annum over the 2024-28 period, operating income before non-recurring items of between six and 6.5 billion euros by 2028, and cumulative free cash flow generation of 15 to 17 billion over the 2024-28 period.
