Vivendi: JP Morgan Chase drops back below 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - On December 2, JP Morgan Chase & Co declared to the AMF that it had indirectly fallen below the threshold of 5% of Vivendi's voting rights, and held 5.
08% of the capital and 4.93% of the voting rights through the companies it controlled.
The American banking group states that this threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in the number of shares held by assimilation within the French communications and entertainment group.
