Vivendi: CIAM Luxembourg's application rejected

(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi takes note with satisfaction of the Paris Commercial Court's decision to reject the request by CIAM Luxembourg, a fund holding 0.
025% of its capital, to adjourn the Group's General Shareholders' Meeting of December 9, 2024, called to vote on its demerger project.

Vivendi is delighted that shareholder democracy can express itself, and looks forward to seeing its shareholders at the Meeting, which will be held on December 9, 2024 at 3pm at the Folies Bergère in Paris," the group said.

CIAM served a writ of summons on Vivendi on November 27 before the President of the Paris Commercial Court, with a view to a hearing on December 4.
