Nokia: cancellation of 157.6 million shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia announces that it has cancelled 157,646,220 of its own shares, which were bought back between March 20 and November 21 as part of its share buyback program announced in March 2024.


Following today's transaction, the Finnish network equipment supplier's total number of shares and voting rights is now 5,605,850,345, including 208,160,941 treasury shares.
