Getlink: BlackRock exceeds 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on December 2 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Getlink's share capital and held 5.
01% of the share capital and 3.51% of the voting rights of the parent company of Eurotunnel, Europorte and ElecLink.

The American asset management giant states that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Getlink shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
