Vinci: signs contract for Lisbon airport
(CercleFinance.com) - ANA Aeroportos de Portugal, a subsidiary of Vinci Airports, has signed a 233 million euro contract with a consortium comprising Mota-Engil, Vinci Construction Grands Projets, Alves Ribeiro and HCI, to improve the operational performance of Lisbon airport.
The works are scheduled for completion in 2027.
This investment plan includes in particular the expansion of Terminal 1 with a new 33,000 m² south wing meeting the highest environmental performance standards, the construction of 10 boarding bridges and a parking area for 12 aircraft, the remodeling of the central boarding area and its connection to the future south wing, and the redesign of the entire south boarding area by bus.
This investment is part of Vinci Airports' drive to expand Portugal's air links while improving passenger service quality.
ANA has already invested 120 million euros in the country's airports in 2024.
