Kering: Citigroup crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - Citigroup has declared to the AMF that on October 24, 2024, indirectly through companies it controls, it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Kering, and indirectly held 5.
03% of the share capital and 3.51% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from the conclusion of financial instruments relating to Kering shares.
