Nokia: patent licensing agreement with HP
(CercleFinance.com) - Nokia announces the signature of a multi-year patent license agreement with HP covering the use of its video technologies in HP devices, in return for royalties paid by the American group to the Finnish company.
The network equipment supplier explains that this agreement resolves all patent disputes between the parties, in all jurisdictions. The terms of the agreement remain confidential as agreed between the parties.
This agreement with HP recognizes Nokia's leadership in video and multimedia technologies and our decades-long investment in R&D, it said.
