Rémy Cointreau: UBS reduces target price
(CercleFinance.com) - While maintaining its 'neutral' recommendation on Rémy Cointreau, UBS has reduced its price target from E71 to E65, a new target that leaves 8% upside potential for the French spirits house's stock.
The broker says it is reducing its expected EPS for FY 2025/2026/2027 by around 18%/24%/18%, due to a slower pace of recovery in the US and the impact of tariffs on cognac in China on margins in FY 2026.
