Accor: sales up 12% to 1,434 ME
(CercleFinance.com) - The Group reported sales of 1,434 million euros for the third quarter of 2024, up 12% on the third quarter of 2023.
This increase breaks down into a 7% rise for the Premium, Midscale and Economy divisions, and an 18% rise for the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
In the third quarter of 2024, Accor opened 47 hotels corresponding to 8,000 rooms, representing net network growth of 3.2% over the past 12 months.
The Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) division reported a 5% increase in RevPAR compared with the third quarter of 2023.
The Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) division reported a 7% increase in RevPAR compared with the third quarter of 2023, mainly driven by higher occupancy rates.
Accor confirms its outlook for fiscal 2024. The Group expects RevPAR growth of between 4% and 5%, network growth of between 3% and 4%, and a positive contribution to EBITDA from Owner Services.
The Group has revised upwards its guidance for Group EBITDA, which is now expected to be between 1,100 million euros and 1,125 million euros (previously ' between 1,095 million euros and 1,125 million euros).
