Riber: order from a European manufacturer

(CercleFinance.com) - Riber announces an order for an MBE 49 GaN production system from a European industrial customer.


This European customer has invested in the MBE 49 system to improve its production capacity for advanced gallium nitride (GaN) components, which are essential for the next generation of high-brightness, energy-efficient displays.

The MBE 49 GaN system is specially configured for plasma-assisted GaN epitaxy on 200 mm silicon substrates, offering a state-of-the-art solution for the production of AlGaN and InGaN devices.

'This order underlines the essential role of European collaboration in advancing the semiconductor industry and strengthening Europe's position as a center of innovation in micro and nanoelectronics', says the group.
