Accor: BlackRock above 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock declared on Thursday that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Accor's voting rights following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
As of October 15, the American asset management giant held 14,290,074 shares in the hotel group on behalf of its funds and clients, representing 5.87% of the capital and 5.11% of the voting rights.
