ING: 4.16 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its 2.
5 billion euro share buyback program announced on May 2, it bought back 4.16 million shares last week, at an average price of 16 euros, for a total outlay of 66.5 million euros.
The total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under its program thus stands at over 144.6 million to date, for a total of 2.31 billion euros, or around 92.3% of the program's maximum total value.
