Ericsson: Memorandum of Understanding with MobiFone in Vietnam

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson announces that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with MobiFone to establish a 5G innovation center on MobiFone's premises in Vietnam, effective immediately.


The center will showcase 5G use cases and serve as a co-creation space with a state-of-the-art experimental network. It will support the development of new use cases in collaboration with partners in Vietnam and internationally, while promoting innovation for businesses.

MobiFone, through its CEO To Manh Cuong, underlines the importance of 5G for digital transformation and the potential of Industry 4.0.

Ericsson will contribute its global expertise in 5G applications and assist MobiFone in managing the center.
