Beneteau: debt waiver in favor of GBI in Italy

(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the authorization given by its Board of Directors on September 24, Bénéteau announced that on September 30 it had waived five million euros of debt in favor of its 100%-owned Italian subsidiary, GBI SpA.


The purpose of this regulated agreement is to support the pleasure boat manufacturer's activities in Italy, and to enable GBI SpA to comply with the Italian Civil Code's minimum capital requirements.
