Legrand: ambitions set for 2030

(CercleFinance.com) - At an investor day in London, Legrand set out its ambitions for 2030, including sales of between E12bn and E15bn, with average annual growth excluding currency effects of +6 to +10% (including +3% to +5% in organic terms).


It is also targeting an average adjusted operating margin of around 20% of sales, including +30 to +50 basis points of annual organic improvement, as well as free cash flow generation of close to E10bn over 2025-30.

In terms of a capital allocation policy giving priority to acquisitions and an attractive dividend, Legrand says that around E5bn will be dedicated to the acquisition of companies 'to complement its product and geographic portfolio.
