Valneva: the Grimaud family crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On September 13, the Grimaud family group declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Valneva's capital, and held 4.
31% of the capital and 7.35% of the voting rights at that date, following a capital increase by the vaccine company.

On the other hand, Polar Capital LLP, acting on behalf of funds, declared that on the same day it had exceeded the same threshold to hold 5.25% of the capital and 4.76% of the voting rights, as a result of its subscription to the capital increase.
