Vinci: motorway traffic up 3.7% in August

(CercleFinance.com) - Motorway traffic was up 3.
7% in August 2024, while cumulative traffic to the end of August (8 months) was down 0.5%.

Cumulative traffic for July and August was slightly up on 2023 (+0.4%, of which +0.2% for passenger cars and +1.9% for trucks), limiting the decline in traffic since the start of the year.

Following on from July, Vinci Airports' passenger traffic showed good overall momentum in August, reflecting robust summer demand. Overall, August passenger traffic grew by over 6% y-o-y, and by 3% y-o-y from (pre-Covid) 2019.
