EssilorLuxottica: lease for future world HQ in Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced the signing of a long-term lease for its new world headquarters to be located at Place Valhubert, in the heart of the Austerlitz district, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, by the end of 2027.


This new ultramodern building of over 20,000 m2 on the banks of the river Seine will accommodate up to 2,000 people, bringing together teams currently working at various sites in the Greater Paris area.

It will complement the existing and recently expanded sites in Milan, and will meet the most demanding standards of environmental sustainability and well-being, with the ambition of obtaining HQE, BREEAM, BBCA and BBC certifications in particular.
