EssilorLuxottica: partnership with Meta extended

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced the extension of its partnership with Meta Platforms, via a new long-term agreement that will see the company collaborate through the next decade to develop several generations of smart eyewear.


The companies have been working together since 2019, creating two generations of Ray-Ban-branded smart eyewear that have lifted the brakes on the adoption of these products and redefined the potential of 'wearables' in consumers' lives.

Now a mainstream product, these glasses are generating strong demand in the countries where they are available, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia and many European countries, including France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
