Clariane: CFO and Corporate Secretary appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Dependency care group Clariane has announced the appointment, effective October 1, of Grégory Lovichi as Group CFO, replacing Philippe Garin, and as a member of its General Management Committee.


He will be accompanied by Sandra Livinec, in charge of financial and accounting control and consolidation, Sarah Mingham, in charge of financing strategy and relations with major shareholders, and Stéphane Bisseuil, Director of Investor Relations.

Guillaume Appéré succeeds Amandine Daviet as Corporate Secretary. In addition to overseeing the Group's legal department, he will take on the role of secretary to the Board of Directors and General Management Committee.
