Carmila: launch of a bond buyback offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Carmila has announced the launch of a buyback offer for four existing bond issues, with maturities ranging from 2027 to 2029 and representing a cumulative amount of 1.
475 billion euros, and wishes to issue fixed-rate bonds denominated in euros.

The repurchase offer is subject to a maximum acceptance amount of 150 million euros, which the retail property company may increase or decrease at its sole and absolute discretion, as well as to the issuance of the new bonds.

These transactions will enable Carmila to proactively manage and further extend the maturity profile of its debt and optimize its balance sheet structure. The repurchase offer opens on September 16 and closes on September 23 at 4:00 pm.
