Icade wins major real estate project in Avignon

(CercleFinance.com) - Icade and Nexity announced on Friday that they had won a call for projects to develop a large-scale mixed-use real estate project near Avignon's TGV station.


The 43,000 m2 'Inspir'Avignon' complex aims to transform the area into a living quarter, hosting businesses, craftsmen, restaurants and bars, while respecting local biodiversity.

It will also include 321 family housing units, a shared apartment for disabled people and 4,100 m2 of co-working space.

Icade and Nexity specify that the application for planning permission is due to be filed in 2025, followed by the filing of building permit applications, with construction expected to start by 2026.
