Nexity partners with Spliit to sell a building in Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has announced a partnership with French start-up Spliit (specialized in helping companies find office space) to market the FTERO building in Paris, a project combining offices and coliving spaces.


Located on rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, this 1,636 m² building is a redevelopment of a former industrial site, offering modern offices and a 300 m² coliving space.

The project aims to meet the growing need for flexibility by integrating work and living spaces for professionals.
