Viel & Cie: half-year net income up by more than 28

(CercleFinance.com) - For the first half of 2024, Viel & Cie reports a 28.
4% increase in net income (group share) to 65.4 million euros, and a 14% rise in operating income (including share of income from associates) to 108.2 million.

The financial group posted sales by operating subsidiaries of 597.2 million euros, up 7.9% at variable exchange rates and 9.7% at constant exchange rates, with growth in all three business lines.

As a reminder, Viel & Cie owns Compagnie Financière Tradition (professional intermediation) and Bourse Direct (online brokerage in France), as well as a 40% stake in SwissLife Banque Privée (private banking in France).
