Renault: third employee share ownership plan

(CercleFinance.com) - With a target of 10% employee shareholding by 2030 (compared with 5.
07% by the end of 2023), Renault Group announces the launch of a third employee shareholding plan, enabling almost 98,000 employees to become shareholders on preferential terms.

The offer includes the free allotment of seven shares to eligible employees in 30 countries, and the possibility, in 24 countries, of acquiring shares at a 30% discount, plus an additional top-up.

The reference price of the share for the operation is set at €41.80, giving a subscription price of €29.26 after the discount. The subscription period will run from September 18 to October 2 (inclusive).
